Intro

For our international organisation we are looking for an enthusiastic sales support France to join our team. In this role you will be helping out the area manager and international managers with your key role in maintaining customer relationships and attracting clients.

wat ga je doen?

With your rol as sales support France you will work togheter with accountmanagers with remaining and strengthen customer relationships in France and Italy. As well as remaining commercial activity's and being the point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities are such as:

  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships, actively seeking new leads.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, and forecasts.
  • Support in meetings and keep colleagues informed about ongoing matters.
  • Monitor market developments, customer needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Providing for relevant customer information to internal teams to optimize product range and new product introductions.
  • Coordinate deliveries, resolve customer issues, and handle complaints in collaboration with internal departments.

For this function we are looking for someone with ambition and motivition with the following points:

  • MBO+ level of education and thinking, preferably with a commercial background.
  • Demonstrable commercial skills; experience in FMCG is a plus but not required.
  • Independent, analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
  • Strong in planning, organizing, and adapting in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
